Then apply your foundation as you normally would to even out skin tone and cover any blemishes you may have.

Apply a shimmering blue eye shadow beginning at the base of your lash line and work your way up to just past the crease in your eyelid blending carefully to avoid visible lines. Follow up with a beige shimmering shadow right under the eyebrows and blend it well with the blue shadow.
